Does my purchased time expire?
No. Hours you buy never expire. They stay in your account for whenever you need them — this week, this winter, or years from now.
What happens after my 30 free minutes are used?
Your free minutes refresh at the start of each month. In the meantime, you can wait, or add a time pack only if you want to. Crisis support remains free either way.
What does “idle auto-pause” mean?
If you stop sending messages, the timer stops too. You only spend time when you're actively in a conversation — never for sitting quietly with the page open.
Can I buy a pack for someone else?
Yes. Any time pack can be purchased as a gift for someone walking through pet loss. They'll receive it privately and use it whenever they're ready.
